This is a listing of insurance companies (providers) that have approved the Otto Bock C-Leg. These are listed per state because each state has it's own insurance rules. The reason that we have this listing is due to the fact that the C-Leg is quite expensive and insurance companies have a very short memory. If you have received approval for the C-Leg, please email the webmaster below with your information so that we may help other amputees. We will do not keep you information nor do we exchange your information. We are only offering this as a service to amputees. We are aware that Medicare region B & C is covering all of the expenses including the 99 codes. Medicare may only pay up to a certain % of the total amount billed through your provider. The patient is however still responsible for their 20% deductible and possibly additional costs depending on the provider. We do not warrant this information as accurate but this can be used for free. It is provided by actual patients. We have also received information from a patient that his insurance would not cover the extended warranty for years 4 and 5. That is something else to be concerned about.
